Generally, you have three chances to pass each quiz and if you don’t succeed after the third attempt, you won’t be able to finish the course. 

TransAct is unable to reset a course or provide refunds after the third unsuccessful try. We recommend reaching out to the Human Resources department or learning manager at the school, district, or agency you applied to for more details, and if their policies permit, to get approval for resetting the course.
